How do I find my society?
Search the directory by society name, registration number, district or PIN code.

Anyone with the registration details can list it for free. It is reviewed before it appears.
List a societyWho can claim management of a society?
The Secretary, or the Chairman where the rules allow, with proof of office and supporting documents.
Claiming guideWhat does “Listed · not yet claimed” mean?
The society is in the public directory but no office-bearer has yet activated its management workspace.

How does a flat transfer work?
NOC for sale or transfer, the committee’s decision, then three approvals complete the change of membership.

The online process on COOPMAN is free. The society’s own transfer fee and stamp duty or registration charges, where applicable, are separate.
How do I bring in a tenant?
List the flat for rent, accept an enquiry, apply for the letting NOC and the tenant gets access after approval.

What is free on COOPMAN?
Free account registration and free society management tools. A few optional services carry a fee — NOC for loan / mortgage (₹500), Professional provider subscription (₹999) — always shown before you pay. Society charges, stamp duty and government fees are separate.
Does COOPMAN register a society with the government?
No. Registration is done by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, who charges statutory fees.
