Transfers & tenants

Bring in and manage a tenant

For owners letting a flat and for tenants moving in: listing, the letting NOC, approval and day-to-day access.

Who
Owner members, incoming tenants and the society committee.
Cost
Listing a flat for sale or rent is currently free. The society may have its own charges; these are separate.
  1. List the flat for rent

Add the rent, area and photos. The listing is approved before it is shown to the public.

  3. Apply for the letting NOC

The owner or the incoming tenant applies in NOC Studio (“Letting / rent”). The committee reviews and issues it.

  4. Tenant access after approval

Once approved, the tenant sees society notices, raises requests and manages visitor passes — without any ownership rights.
